PMUezy Cookie Policy

This policy covers cookies, local storage and similar device access on PMUezy websites and relevant app features, operated by Managezy Ltd trading as PMUezy. Contact privacy@pmuezy.com. It should be read with the Privacy Notice and the live information in Cookie Settings.

1 Your choices

Optional analytics is off until you consent. Choose Accept optional cookies, Reject optional cookies or Manage choices. Refusing optional tracking does not prevent access to the core service. Cookie Settings remains accessible on each website and through relevant app privacy settings. You may change or withdraw consent at any time as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal stops future optional collection and triggers deletion or disabling of optional identifiers under our control; it does not undo earlier lawful processing.

2 Necessary storage

We use only storage objectively necessary to transmit communications or provide a feature you expressly request without consent, such as authentication, security or remembering your privacy choice. These purposes are explained in the live inventory. Necessary storage is not switched off through the optional analytics toggle. You can block or clear it in your browser, but sign in, security or requested features may fail. We do not label advertising, general analytics or all crash monitoring necessary merely because they are useful to us.

3 Optional analytics and integrations

Google Analytics is used on the Professional, Client and Advertiser web interfaces only after the appropriate analytics consent. It helps measure use and improve the websites. We do not deploy behavioural advertising pixels, remarketing, affiliate tracking, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or Hotjar under this policy. The described mobile apps do not use app usage analytics; technical crash monitoring must be assessed separately for device access and personal data.

Maps, external content, sign in and payment integrations may communicate with their providers when requested. Nonessential storage or access by those integrations requires the relevant prior consent. A request to view a map is not blanket permission for unrelated advertising or analytics. Provider processing and international transfers are addressed in the Privacy Notice.

4 Information available before consent

The live Cookie Settings inventory identifies each deployed cookie or storage item, provider, purpose, category, duration, whether it is first or third party, and any relevant international transfer information. It distinguishes the device identifier lifetime from server side analytics retention. It also includes app SDK storage or access where relevant. You can request this information from privacy@pmuezy.com.

Consent choices are specific, recorded and not preselected. We renew the choice at appropriate intervals, ordinarily no longer than six months under our Irish cookie consent practice, and sooner where purposes or providers materially change. Necessary authentication lifetimes and analytics retention must match the actual inventory; we do not assume a vendor's default settings are the settings deployed by PMUezy.

5 Browser and device controls

Your browser can clear or block storage and your device can control location, notifications, camera and photo access. These controls are additional to Cookie Settings. A device notification permission is not a consent to promotional messaging. If a choice does not work or optional tracking occurs before consent, contact privacy@pmuezy.com so that we can investigate.
