PMUezy Community and Acceptable Use Policy
External policy or terms | Version 1.0 | 2 October 2026
This policy applies to PMUezy profiles, Community Feed posts, listings, advertisements and use of accounts. Professionals may post images and videos to the feed. Clients cannot post to the feed, and the service has no comments or review system. The operator is Managezy Ltd trading as PMUezy; contact support@pmuezy.com.
1 Permitted use and content rights
Use the service lawfully, truthfully and with respect for other people. Post only your own work or content for which you have all necessary rights; do not pass off another artist's work as yours. Obtain separate permission before publicly showing an identifiable client's images or information. Treatment consent is not permission to publish health information. Copyright remains with the relevant rights holder, subject only to the service licence in the applicable Terms.
2 Prohibited activity
Do not upload or promote illegal content, hate, threats, harassment, sexually explicit content, exploitation, scams, impersonation, malware, spam, intellectual property infringement, privacy violations or dangerous products. Do not expose private contact details, health records, signed forms or private messages without a lawful basis. Do not evade account restrictions, manipulate traffic, interfere with security or access another person's records. Sponsored content must comply with the Advertising Policy, including product prohibitions and clear labelling.
3 Reporting content
Use Report Content or email support@pmuezy.com with the precise URL or content identifier, a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why it is unlawful or violates this policy, relevant evidence, your name and email, and a statement that you believe the information is accurate and complete. For reports concerning offences specified by Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU, identifying the reporter is not required. Do not circulate illegal imagery or send unnecessary sensitive information as evidence.
An account is not required to send a report. We acknowledge electronic reports where contact information is available, assess them in a timely, diligent, objective and nonarbitrary manner and communicate the decision and available redress. We may request clarification. A report is not automatically proof of wrongdoing. Privacy concerns may also be sent to privacy@pmuezy.com.
4 Decisions and restrictions
We do not routinely preapprove every post and do not use AI moderation in this service model. We act on reports and information that comes to our attention. Available measures include limiting visibility, removing content, disabling advertising, restricting features and suspending or terminating an account. We assess seriousness, context, recurrence, harm and whether a narrower measure will work.
Where required, the affected user receives a clear statement of reasons including the measure, duration and geographic scope, the relevant facts, whether the decision followed a report or own initiative, any use of automation, the legal or contractual basis and routes to challenge it. We avoid unnecessary disclosure of reporters' identities or private data. Legally prohibited disclosure is withheld only to the necessary extent. Nothing prevents compliance with lawful authority orders or reporting suspected serious criminal offences where legally required.
5 Appeals and contacts
Email support@pmuezy.com identifying the decision and explaining the error, with relevant evidence. We accept appeals for at least six months after a decision as our policy commitment. A person not responsible for the original decision reviews where practicable. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and determine ordinary appeals within 14 days, explaining any delay; these are service targets, not limits on legal remedies. Successful appeals lead to correction and restoration without undue delay.
The same email is an electronic contact point for users and authorities regarding platform content. Privacy complaints use privacy@pmuezy.com. Communications may be submitted in English or Hungarian. Human review is available; contact is not exclusively automated. Courts, competent authorities and any applicable statutory dispute mechanisms remain available. Our general Professional termination process remains subject to the Professional Terms and mandatory platform business law.
