PMUezy Booking and Discovery Policy
External policy or terms | Version 1.0 | 2 October 2026
PMUezy enables adults to find Salons and book directly with them. It supplies technology and does not provide treatments, collect treatment payments or deposits, or take a treatment commission. This policy explains the allocation of responsibilities and how paid placement affects discovery.
1 Before and after booking
Browsing does not require an account; booking does. The Salon must display its legal or trading identity, contact details, treatment description, price including required charges for consumers, cancellation rules and relevant statutory withdrawal information before a booking binds the Client. The interface and confirmation must distinguish a booking request from an accepted booking and preserve the applicable terms on a durable medium.
The Salon determines availability, treatment prices, no show rules, appointment changes and refunds. Clients should use the notified cancellation route promptly and keep the confirmation. A Salon cancelling an appointment must communicate directly and honour the Client's applicable remedies. PMUezy support can investigate a platform failure, while treatment complaints belong with the Salon. Neither role allocation nor a Salon policy can waive mandatory consumer protection.
2 Withdrawal and fair cancellation terms
A Salon must assess the statutory distance contract rules applying to its treatment and country. A booked date alone does not establish the leisure services exception. Where a withdrawal right applies, the Salon must give the required information and model form, handle withdrawal, and obtain an express request for early performance and any legally required acknowledgement before relying on an exception or proportionate payment. Charges for no shows or cancellation must be transparent, fair and lawful. PMUezy does not impose a universal no refund rule on Salon clients.
3 Main discovery parameters
The current discovery model uses location and user selected categories to find relevant listings. Ordinary listings are principally ordered alphabetically; a location filter narrows the relevant area. Paid promotion is a separate major source of prominence and may place a Sponsored listing above ordinary results. Category selection determines the relevant context. No review score, client medical profile or inferred behavioural profile determines rank. These parameters matter because they connect the request to relevant businesses, offer a predictable ordinary list and identify purchased visibility.
The precise interaction of location, alphabetic ordering and sponsored slots must be shown accurately in the live search explanation; a changed model requires an updated explanation before use. We do not disclose source code or enable ranking manipulation. Paid placement is disclosed close to results and does not establish quality, safety, credentials or endorsement.
4 Listings and links
Businesses supply their own listings. PMUezy does not verify qualifications, certificates, identity or insurance. There is no Verified badge, public review function or star rating. Supplier, training and event links lead to third party websites, where any purchase is made. Ordinary listings are free and boosts are paid. PMUezy does not receive affiliate commission under this model.
5 Data and complaints
Clients can search by an entered place instead of current device location. Precise current location is used momentarily and not stored by PMUezy for search; selected context must not become a behavioural profile. The Privacy Notice describes provider processing. Report inaccurate or unlawful listings, ranking explanations or platform faults to support@pmuezy.com. Report privacy concerns to privacy@pmuezy.com.
