PMUezy Advertising Policy

External policy or terms | Version 1.0 | 2 October 2026

This policy covers paid advertisements, boosts, featured listings and sponsored or influencer content on PMUezy. It applies alongside the Advertiser Terms and Community and Acceptable Use Policy. Publication without prior manual approval is not legal clearance.

1 Clear advertising

Clearly show Sponsored or Advertisement at the point the content is seen. Identify the business on whose behalf it appears and any different payer. Do not hide the label in hashtags, a profile or a link. A promoted Salon remains unverified. Paid prominence must not be described as an organic recommendation or professional accreditation.

2 Claims and prohibited categories

Claims must be accurate, supportable and not misleading by omission. Prices must explain applicable taxes, unavoidable charges and material conditions. Do not guarantee treatment results, invent qualifications or accreditation, use false testimonials or manipulate before and after images to misrepresent results. Obtain rights and separate permissions for identifiable client imagery.

PMUezy prohibits advertisements for alcohol, medicines, prescription anaesthetics, pigments, injectables and medical treatments, as well as illegal, harmful or infringing goods or services. This platform rule may be stricter than local law. A PMU brand or supplier may advertise permitted offerings but must not use a general listing or external landing page to circumvent a prohibited campaign category. Ordinary permitted cosmetic PMU Salon promotion must not be framed as medical treatment or a cure.

Training, competitions and events must clearly identify the organiser, location, dates, full material cost, entry or attendance conditions and what any certificate actually represents. Do not imply official recognition without evidence. Promotions must comply with applicable local rules; no prize or qualification may be invented.

3 Audiences and destinations

Campaign country, location and selected category provide context; no health based targeting, behavioural profiles, purchased personal audience lists or child targeting is permitted. Do not infer sensitive characteristics or use client treatment information to select an audience. A selected category is a current contextual choice, not permission to build a long term interest profile.

Destinations must match the advertisement, be secure and clearly identify the trader. They must not install malware, use deceptive interfaces, unexpectedly redirect or conceal essential consumer information. External purchases are between the user and that trader. Any tracking on the destination requires that site's own lawful arrangements.

4 Enforcement

We may remove illegal, misleading, infringing, prohibited or harmful advertising immediately. Advertiser fault ordinarily means no refund to the extent lawful; removal for PMUezy's technical or business reasons attracts a proportionate refund or, at the Advertiser's choice, credit under the Advertiser Terms. Reports and appeals go to support@pmuezy.com. The decision notice explains the relevant reason and redress where legally required.
